Progress toward ranks recall

The Boy Scouts of America Supply Division has issued a recall for all Wolf/Bear progress toward Ranks totem and bead emblems. No reason for the recall was provided, but they have asked that parents "remove the Cub Scout Recognition totem badge from their children’s possession and, until further instructions are received, keep it in a safe place where only adults will have access to them."
